Jeden Donnerstag lade ich ein neues Video zu Patenten, Marken und Designs hoch - für Anfänger und für Profis. Ich bin Rolf Claessen, Patentanwalt in Düsseldorf. Unsere Kanzlei betreut viele tausend Patente, Marken und Designs weltweit. Wir betreuen in erster Linie mittelständische deutsche Unternehmen und Konzerne. Wir haben aber auch einige Schwerpunktthemen wie die Betreuung von Amazon Sellern. Der Schwerpunkt unserer eigenen Tätigkeit ist die Anmeldung und Durchsetzung von Marken und Patenten. Ich halte auch Vorträge, veröffentliche einen Podcast IP Fridays (eher für Profis) und schreibe Artikel in Zeitschriften und Blogs.
